Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Soul Soothers Travel respects your privacy and aims to be clear about the information collected through this website, why it is collected, and how it may be used.

When you contact us or use the trip-planning experience, you may choose to provide information so that we can understand your request and help move the conversation forward.

Information you provide

Depending on how you use the website, you may provide information such as:

  • your name;
  • email address;
  • telephone number, if you choose to provide it;
  • your preferred method of contact;
  • information about a trip you are considering;
  • destinations or travel direction;
  • travel dates or timing;
  • the people or group you are planning for;
  • hotel, cruise, flight, or transportation needs;
  • budget context;
  • travel preferences;
  • questions or decisions you would like help with; and
  • messages or other information you choose to submit.

Please do not submit passport numbers, payment-card information, medical information, or other highly sensitive personal information through the general Contact or trip-planning forms unless Soul Soothers Travel specifically requests that information through an appropriate process.

Information associated with your visit

The website may also receive limited information associated with how you reached or used the site.

This can include information such as:

  • the page from which you submitted a request;
  • referral information;
  • campaign or UTM parameters; and
  • a submission identifier used to prevent duplicate delivery and diagnose failures.

Hosting providers and other service providers may also process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website.

How we use information

Information collected through the website may be used to:

  • respond to questions or requests;
  • understand the trip you are considering;
  • prepare for a travel-planning conversation;
  • help narrow travel choices;
  • follow up about information you submitted;
  • coordinate travel-planning services;
  • maintain appropriate records of inquiries and requests;
  • understand how visitors reach the website; and
  • operate, protect, and improve the website.

Submitting a trip-planning request or general message does not, by itself, mean that you have agreed to receive unrelated promotional marketing.

Trip-planning requests

When you complete the trip-planning experience, the information you provide is assembled into a planning request so that Soul Soothers Travel can understand what you are trying to organize.

This may include contact information together with the travel details, preferences, questions, and decisions you entered during the planning process.

The server compares locations you enter with a dated airport reference snapshot to offer possible airport matches for advisor review. Your original wording is retained, and an airport suggestion is not treated as a confirmed booking choice.

There is no dedicated accessibility or mobility field in the current planner. Please avoid placing medical or other highly sensitive details in general notes or Contact messages. You can discuss specific assistance needs directly with David during follow-up.

General messages

When you use the Contact option, the information you submit is used to review and respond to your message.

A general Contact message is separate from the more detailed trip-planning request.

Service providers

Soul Soothers Travel uses Resend to send trip-planning requests and general Contact messages to its advisor Gmail inbox. Resend processes the email content needed to deliver those messages; Google processes messages received in that inbox.

Other hosting or technical providers may process information necessary to operate and secure the website.

Their handling of information may also be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Travel suppliers and future bookings

Information collected through this website is intended primarily to begin or support a travel-planning conversation.

If you later decide to arrange or book travel, additional information may be required to complete reservations or provide requested travel services.

At that stage, information may need to be provided to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation providers, host agencies, booking platforms, or other suppliers involved in the trip.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Information about other travelers

You may provide information about other people when planning travel for a family, group, or other party.

Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for the planning request and that you are authorized to share.

Do not provide sensitive personal information about another traveler through the website unless it is specifically required through an appropriate process.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website and the services supporting it may use cookies or similar technologies for functionality, security, attribution, or service integrations.

The trip planner uses browser session storage to remember an unfinished planning draft during the current browser session. This storage supports planning and does not depend on optional measurement.

When you allow website analytics, the site may also store limited, reviewed referral and campaign categories in session storage and include them with an inquiry to understand how visitors reached the site. Withdrawing analytics consent clears this optional attribution storage for future collection. An existing inquiry retry retains its original submitted details to prevent duplicate requests. Contact details, trip answers, and arbitrary URL parameters are not used as campaign categories.

Your optional measurement choices are stored in this browser. Both categories start off unless you choose to allow them. If the browser prevents the site from reading or saving your choices, optional measurement stays off.

Optional website analytics

When available, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits, service interest, planning steps, broad error categories, and inquiries accepted by the website. It loads only after you turn on Allow website analytics and save your choice using Privacy choices in the footer.

Measurement events use reviewed page paths, fixed page labels, and limited categories such as inquiry route or service type. They do not include submitted names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, travel dates, traveler details, planner answers, or receipt identifiers. The site does not send raw email-link or telephone-link destinations to analytics.

Google Analytics may process network address, browser/device information, and browser identifiers as part of its service, and may use cookies or similar technologies. Optional analytics is not anonymous. You can turn it off in Privacy choices; the site then stops sending future analytics events and attempts to clear the analytics cookies available to it.

Meta advertising measurement

When available, Meta Pixel helps assess Facebook and Instagram marketing. It loads only after you separately turn on Allow Meta advertising measurement and save that choice in Privacy choices. Allowing website analytics does not also allow Meta measurement.

The two initial Meta events are PageView for eligible page visits and Lead for an inquiry the website has accepted. A Lead is not a booking or proof that an email was read. Fixed inquiry-route and service categories may accompany these events; submitted names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, trip answers, and receipt identifiers are excluded.

Meta measurement is limited to reviewed public pages and the planner. Only a small list of approved launch-campaign and service-selection values is permitted in the current URL or a referrer from this website. Other query parameters, repeated parameters, fragments, and unreviewed path details prevent Meta measurement. A referrer containing only another website’s origin may be permitted; external referrers with query parameters are excluded. Thank-you and unknown pages are excluded.

Meta may receive the eligible page address, referrer, network address, browser/device information, and Meta or browser identifiers, and may set or read cookies or similar identifiers. Limiting event details does not make Meta measurement anonymous. After you turn this option off, the site asks the Pixel to revoke consent, stops sending future Meta events, and attempts to clear the Pixel cookies available to it. Browser and third-party storage behavior can affect cookie removal.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is honored as an opt-out signal for Meta advertising measurement. When the browser reports GPC, this category stays off and its saved choice is replaced with an opt-out.

Both optional choices can be changed at any time. Unavailable options remain off. Events from before consent are not replayed when you later allow measurement, and leaving either choice off does not prevent you from planning a trip or contacting us.

Retention

Personal information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request for which it was collected, support ongoing travel-planning conversations, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues, or meet applicable obligations.

Retention may vary depending on the nature of the information and the reason it was collected.

Security

Soul Soothers Travel intends to use reasonable measures appropriate to the website and the information being handled.

However, no website, internet transmission, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Visitors should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through general website forms.

Your privacy choices

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights concerning personal information associated with you.

These may include the ability to ask about information being maintained, request that inaccurate information be corrected, or request deletion of information when appropriate.

A request may require reasonable verification before it can be completed.

Privacy questions and requests

Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the Contact option available on this website.

A dedicated privacy contact method may be added as Soul Soothers Travel’s public business contact information is finalized.

Marketing communications

If Soul Soothers Travel later offers optional promotional or marketing communications, those communications should provide an appropriate way to unsubscribe or change your preferences.

Providing information for a travel-planning request or general inquiry is not intended to automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing communications.

External websites

This website may contain links to travel suppliers, social networks, booking services, or other third-party websites.

Soul Soothers Travel does not control those external websites or their privacy practices.

When you leave this website, the privacy policies and terms of the external service apply.

Children

This website is intended for adults seeking travel-planning services.

Soul Soothers Travel does not intentionally use the website to solicit personal information directly from children.

If information about a child is relevant to a family or group trip, it should be limited to what is reasonably necessary for the planning request.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the website, business processes, service providers, or legal requirements change.

When the policy is updated, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be revised.
